It's human nature to take for granted what we have.... until we lose it! This is true of many things, but probably none more common than good health. I'm in the medical profession so I see so many patients who've made the mistake of taking their good health for granted. But it's frequently not their fault because we've been taught so many incorrect behaviors about exercise and nutrition. Fact is that I wrote 'Die Healthy!' because I was so confused about nutrition and exercise, and I wanted to know for myself and for others what the evidence, not the hype, really showed. I'll discuss more in other posts.
